Fiona ThomasEthinvest
Fiona joined Ethinvest in 2016 and provides strategic financial planning advice and portfolio management for individual clients, foundations and other not for profits who seek to invest in line with their ethical values. During her more than 20 years in the financial services industry, Fiona has worked for Community Sector Banking, a subsidiary of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, and was involved in the development and launch of the ‘act’ range of banking products which combined retail banking and crowd funding for social and environmental impact projects. In earlier roles during her 7 years with the Bendigo & Adelaide Bank group she was heavily involved in sustainability related projects including the development of a ‘Fossil Free’ statement and policy for the bank. Prior to this she worked for Macquarie Bank in a range of roles in their lending and wealth management divisions. Fiona’s passion for ongoing education has led to a long and varied list of qualifications, including the Diploma and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning), Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies), Masters of Social Development (International) & Graduate Certificate of Social Impact. Fiona lives in the inner west of Sydney, loves the beach and bush and spends as much time as possible camping and hiking up and down the NSW coast and beyond. |
